How long will it take for my order arrive?
Orders before 4:00pm EST (cut-off time) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped on the next working day. Typically you will receive your order in 1 – 2 business days. 

 

What if I need to make changes or cancel my order after placing it?
Once you’ve placed your order, no changes or cancellations will be accommodated.  Please make sure to view all your items in cart before you check out.

 

What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates may vary depending on the quantity, weight, and address for delivery. You can calculate shipping rate using our shipping calculator on the cart page and can manage your order accordingly. Also, you will see the shipping rate before check out.

 

Do you ship outside Canada?
No, we are only available in Canada at the moment.

No, you can’t schedule a delivery date/time.

 

When I will receive my order confirmation or shipping confirmation email?
Confirmation emails may take up to one hour after placing an order. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order will be processed and ready to be despatched.

 

Can I pick up my order?
No, our warehouses are not open to the public. 

 

How can I avail maximum discounts?
You can avail maximum discounts when ordering in bulk. On quantity above 36, you'll get the best rate.
