Shipping, Returns & Refund
SHIPPING:
We’re pleased to offer free shipping to all of our customers for orders of $399 or more before tax. If you order before the daily cut-off time, we’ll ship your apparel the same business day. We’ll ship orders placed after the cut-off time the next business day. All freight and shipping charges are F.O.B. from our Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary warehouses.
Note: Our Shipping partners do not ship to P.O Boxes. is not responsible for packages once it leaves the warehouse. If you have not received your package on your estimated delivery date, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the appropriate carriers: Purolator / UPS.
FREE FREIGHT:
We offer free freight on orders over $399 before taxes shipped via ground with our preferred carrier within the country. Free freight is permitted according to terms and conditions, and according to the carrier of our choice, unless otherwise specified. Shipping surcharge applies to remote areas or if additional transport costs were to apply - it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure payment, even in the case of free shipping.
RETURNS:
Please review our terms before you reach out.
- We do not process exchanges. Please ensure to review the product description and size chart to avoid despondency.
- Once you’ve completed check out, no changes or cancellations will be available.
- Verify all items in your cart before proceeding check-out.
- We do not accept returns on discontinued, washed and merchandise that is more than 14 days old.
- Claims for shortages or damages must be made within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise (no derogations)
- All returned or refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking charge in addition to both outbound and return freight costs. Returns will be processed via refund directly to the card used when you placed your order (we do not provide cash refunds).
- Refunds will be processed once it’s been checked through the warehouse (approximately 2 weeks upon receiving the package)
- You must return defective merchandise to us with a piece of tape indicating the flaw’s location.
- Please include a copy of your invoice to ensure we can issue you a proper credit within 15 business days.
- If we did not process your order accurately, we’ll cover the original freight and send a return label for the incorrect merchandise.
- Please note that products that are considered non-returnable include but are not limited to: closeout items, face covers, items received directly from the vendor, items that receive a sample discount, etc.
- Without a valid return authorization number, our warehouse will not accept returns.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Apparel ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 4:00pm EST. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped. Deliveries occur Monday - Friday.
